Tiffany Reynolds of the Halifax Thunder has had a solid few months of winning.

Not long after helping the Maritime Women’s Basketball Association’s Thunder to a Legacy Cup championship in June, Reynolds helped her Tipitapa squad to a professional title in Nicaragua.

Playing her first pro season, Reynolds and Tipitapa swept Real Esteli in three straight games to win the best-of-five title.

The squad finished first in the regular season with a 12-4 record.

Reynolds played a ton during the title run and was a key part of the offence.

Tipitapa clinched the crown with a tight 76-74 decision. Reynolds had 11 points, 10 rebounds and four assists in that outing.

She scored 13 in a 68-50 Game 2 win and kicked things in the opening game with a 17 point and eight rebound performance as Tipitapa won, 79-70.

Reynolds averaged 11.4 points per game with Halifax during the MWBA’s regular season.
